| Summary: | Among the problems of religious studies and theological discourses in the historical and temporal aspect, theoretical and practical issues related to freedom of conscience and freedom of religion are constant in their relevance. Actualization of the attention of domestic and foreign scientists and theologians in recent years is largely due to globalization processes, social transformations, the desire to establish a free, full justice of people's lives, as well as a significant exacerbation of the problems of the formation of the ideological and semantic (including religious) base of modern being personality, self-determination and self-realization of which in the sphere of worldview, morals and rights today appear to be necessary and extraordinary. Without exaggeration these problems are some of the most important topics of modern philosophy of law, religious studies and jurisprudence. Essential, conceptual peculiarities of freedom of conscience and freedom of religion, their paradigmatic fundamentals are devoted to a large array of scientific, theological literature, special studies. Серед проблем релігієзнавчого і теологічного дискурсів в історично-темпоральному аспекті константними у своїй актуальності постають теоретичні й практичні питання, пов’язані зі свободою совісті та свободою релігії. Актуалізація уваги до них вітчизняних і зарубіжних науковців та теологів останніми роками значною мірою обумовлена глобалізаційними процесами, суспільними трансформаціями, прагненням до утвердження вільного, сповненого справедливості життя людей, а також значного загострення проблем формування світоглядно-смислової (в тому числі й релігійної) бази сучасного буття особистості, самовизначення і самореалізація якої у сфері світогляду, моралі і права постають сьогодні необхідними й екстраординарними. Без перебільшення означені проблеми є одними із важливих тем сучасної філософії права, релігієзнавчої та юридичної наук. Сутнісній, концептуальній своєрідності свободи совісті та свободи релігії, їх парадигмальним основам присвячений значний масив наукової, теологічної літератури, спеціальних досліджень. |
