| Summary: | Celebrare il 75 ° anniversario della fondazione di Euntes Docete, significa rifarsi prima di tutto ai presupposti culturali del rinnovamento degli studi ecclesiastici, realizzatosi nella prima metà del Novecento. La Rivista Urbaniana nasce con un fine preciso: rappresentare e sottolineare la specificità missionaria dell'Università Urbaniana, in quanto orientata alla realizzazione della prima evangelizzazione e dell’implementazione delle giovani Chiese. La linea editoriale perseguita da Euntes Docete sotto l'aspetto giuridico, è quella di far emergere il dibattito scientifico che scaturisce dalla specificità del diritto canonico missionario anche rispetto al piano formativo universitario. La circolarità virtuosa esistente tra la docenza e la ricerca scientifica costituisce un referente che connota, fin dai primi numeri, il paradigma giuridico di Euntes Docete. Tale dinamica positiva alimentava anche due momenti fondamentali: da un lato il divenire del progetto autonomistico degli studi giuridici, all'interno dell'Istituto Missionario, e dall'altro l'implementazione del diritto missionario non solo nella prospettiva canonistica ma anche in quella, costitutiva, del rapporto con l'autorità secolare. La Rivista Urbaniana, in tal modo, ha contribuito a focalizzare il processo di codificazione del diritto missionario sottolineandone, altresì, il carattere e la specificità attraverso l'approfondimento di elementi chiave. Tra questi ricordiamo l'uniformità del diritto missionario, l'organizzazione centralizzata dell'azione evangelizzatrice, il coordinamento tra il diritto universale, quello missionario e le norme secolari, la rilevanza delle istanze del Magistero missionario. Celebrating the 75th anniversary of the foundation of Euntes Docete means referring first of all to the cultural assumptions of the renewal of ecclesiastical studies, which took place in the first half of the twentieth century. The Urbaniana Journal was born with a precise aim: to represent and underline the missionary specificity of the Urbaniana University, as it is oriented towards the realization of the first evangelization and the implementation of the young Churches. The editorial line pursued by Euntes Docete from a legal point of view is to bring out the scientific debate that arises from the specificity of missionary canon law also with respect to the university training plan. The virtuous circularity existing between teaching and scientific research constitutes a referent that characterizes the legal paradigm of Euntes Docete from the very first issues. This positive dynamic also fueled two fundamental moments: on the one hand, the becoming of the autonomous project of juridical studies, within the Missionary Institute, and on the other, the implementation of missionary law not only in the canonical perspective but also in that, constitutive, of the relationship with the secular authority. In this way, the Urbaniana Journal has contributed to focusing on the process of codification of missionary law, also underlining its character and specificity through the in-depth analysis of key elements. Among these we re call the uniformity of missionary law, the centralized organization of evangelizing action, the coordination between universal law, missionary law and secular norms, the relevance of the instances of the missionary Magisterium. |
