| Summary: | Die Milieuperspektive schärft das Problembewusstsein für Ausgrenzung in der Kirche, doch soziale und politische Fragen nach Gerechtigkeit und milieubedingte Leiderfahrungen werden nicht thematisiert. Öffentliche Theologie hat ihr Problem dagegen mit der Unterstellung, soziale und politische Anliegen würden gegenüber Religiösem im Vordergrund stehen. Die Stellungnahmen der Kirche zu Fragen der Gerechtigkeit und zum Verhältnis der Religionen gewinnen spezifische Evidenz, wenn sie auf die Wahrnehmung und Anerkennung des Anderen im Kult oder im Kontext des Kultes bezogen sind und dies als Erschließungs- und Motivationshintergrund transparent machen. Die Theorie der Anerkennung sensibilisiert dafür, dass die kirchliche Kommunikation von Gesetz und Evangelium nur gelingt, wenn reflektiert wird, wer in ihr Anerkennung erfährt, welche Vorerfahrungen mit kirchlicher Anerkennung gemacht wurde und vor allem in welchem Kontext sie sich ereignet. Sociological milieu studies heighten the awareness for the problems of marginalization and exclusion also in the church. Social and political questions, however, are rarely discussed, experiences of suffering connected with belonging to specific milieus do not become thematic. Public theology, on the other hand, becomes problematic where it is simply presupposed that social and political issues can claim priority over against religious concerns. Public statements of the church with regard to problems of justice as well as with regard to the relationship of the religions gain a specific plausibility if they can focus on the recognition of the other in worship and its contexts and can make this transparent as the background of disclosure experiences and motivations for dealing with issues of justice. The theory of recognitions heightens the sensitivity for the fact that ecclesial communication of law and gospel can only succeed if the question who gains recognition is explicitly considered against the background of previous experiences where recognition is either granted or withheld. In all these connections the question in which contexts recognition is granted or denied is of crucial importance. |
