It has been found that there is limited disclosure in church disciplinary law. There are theological and legal reasons that explain that premise. However, a clearer definition of the rules on this in church orders would be desirable. Additional safeguards are needed to minimize the disadvantages of the lack of openness and the resulting potential threats to due process rights. | ||
