Résumé:Fromages,humanbeingshavebeenpassinginformationonvariousissuesfromonegenerationtoanotherusingdifferentmodes.ThishasbeenchronicledinthevarietiesofliteraturesandHolyBibleaswell.Thispaperthereforeaimsatlookingattherelevanceofmodern-daymodeofpassingInformationanddocumentationofreligio-goegraphicaleventscomparedwithhistoricaltellingofevents.ICT-InformationCommunicationTechnologyisexaminedasaninstrumentofpassingandrecordinginformationinalargeextentespeciallyforevangelismofgospelandenvironmentalawarenessfortheyoungonesinschoolespeciallythepostprimaryeducationalsectioninNigeria.QuestionnairewasdesignedtocollectinformationfromSSSIIIstudents.Thedataanalysiswaspresentedusingpercentage.TheresultshowsthattherewerewellavailableICTfacilitiesbutnotadequatelyusedindisseminatinginformationinChristianreligionandgeographinterrelateddisciplines.Thisisreflectedintheirperformanceintheclassroomevenattheirlevelofconcentrationinlearning:itwasequallyobservedthroughthisstudythatalargepercentageofthestudentsandteacherswerenotconversantwithadoptingthebiblicalstorytellingandlandformandenvironmentalrelationship.Psalm23:1-3.ThefindingsshowthattheuseofICTisnoteffectiveinmostsecondaryschoolsinteachingbiblicalconceptsaswellasgeographrelatedtopicsduetolowlevelofstudents’achievementinreligio-geographictopic(Genesis1:2-6):TeachersarenotwellequippedintheartofICT.Basedonthefindingtherefore,somerecommendationsweremadetoallteachersespeciallygeographyandChristianreligionsknowledgetoadopttheuseofICTandobservethestudents’performanceintheclassroom.TeachersneedtobeencouragednotonlyintheschoolsbutplacesofChristianworshippingcentre.GovernmentshouldprovideICTfacilitiestoschoolsforeffectiveinstructioninimpartingbothreligiousandgeographicknowledgeintheclassroom.Fund should also be made available for the purchasing of ICT facilities in all schools.
