| Summary: | A experiência mística é um fenômeno presente em muitas religiões. Nas religiões de tradição escrita, como o Cristianismo ou o Islã, textos deixados pelos místicos testemunham estas experiências e através destes textos se pode ter um acesso que permite a interpretação da experiência. Onde encontrar, porém vestígios da experiência mística nas religiões de tradição oral? Tomando como exemplo o Candomblé e sua experiência mística no transe, o autor procura demonstrar que o assentamento do Orixá pode ser interpretado como testemunha da experiência mística nesta religião. The phenomenon of mystical experience can be found in many religions. Those based on written traditions, as Christianity or Islamism, have texts left by mystics that testify such experience, and these texts allow us to interpret the experience. But, in the case of religions based on oral traditions, where could we find traces of such mystical experience? Taking Candomblé and its mystical experience in trance as an example, the author tries to demonstrate that the seat of the Orixá can be interpreted as a witness of the mystical experience in this religion. |
