| Résumé: | First of all, we note that our reasoning will be problematic. In a situation of radical transformation of the modern Belarusian society and the difficulties that arise, it is important to analyze the mechanisms themselves for the implementation of the right to freedom of conscience. It is necessary to emphasize both the relevance of this problem for our society and its novelty. Прежде всего отметим, что наши рассуждения будут иметь проблемный характер. В обстановке радикальной трансформации современного белорусского общества и сложностей, которые при этом возникают, важно проанализировать сами механизмы осуществления права на свободу совести. Следует подчеркнуть как актуальность этой проблемы для нашего общества, так и ее новизну. |
