Later, there were the Crusades, the expansion of the Ottomans in the Balkans and Central Europe, the North African corsairs, and the colonial expansion of Europeans on Muslim land, in particular, under the Ottoman Empire. Якщо говорити про іслам чи про мусульман, то вони давно знайомі в Західній Європі, починаючи із завоювання Піренейського півострова, Середземномор’я, битви при ГІуатьє. Пізніше були хрестові походи, експансія османів на Балканах та в Центральній Європі, північноафриканські корсари і колоніальна експансія європейців на землі мусульман, зокрема, підвладні Османській імперії. |
