This combination which I have categorised as, ‘Fear Reducing Holistic Approach' (FERHA) has four stages: (a) Building trust, (b) Recognizing the problem in-depth, (c) Reducing fear and negative feeling through engagement, (d) Discovering unused or misused strength. One case will be studied. The FERHA has strengths and weaknesses.
