| Summary: | Geçmişten günümüze Müslüman toplumlara bakıldığında İslam dininin kadına verdiği önemin somut örneklerini görmek rahatlıkla mümkündür. Ancak bu önemin gösterilmediği tersi örnekler bulmak da mümkündür. Olumsuz örnekleri azaltmak hatta yok edebilmek için, kadına yönelik olumsuz tutum ve davranışlara neden olan etkenleri tespit etmek önemlidir. Sahip olduğumuz kültür, din anlayışı, geleneklerimiz vb. pek çok şey toplumdaki kadın algısının oluşmasına olumlu ya da olumsuz katkıda bulunabilir. Bu konuda toplumun kültürü, gelenekleri ve din anlayışı bir özeleştiri süzgecinden geçirilir ise nelerin olumsuz kadın algısına neden olabileceği tespit edilebilir. Örneğin toplumun sahip olduğu dinen doğru sanılan yanlışlarla şekillenmiş bir din anlayışı, olumsuz kadın algısının oluşmasının nedenlerinden biri olabilir. Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı (DİB), Türkiye’de Müslümanları din hakkında doğru bir şekilde bilgilendirmek ve varsa dini konulardaki yanlış bilgilerini düzeltmekle görevlidir. DİB’in en yaygın faaliyetlerinden biri, Kur’an Kursları’dır. Bu kurslara katılan kursiyerlerin neredeyse tamamını kadınlar oluşturmaktadır. Dolayısıyla DİB toplumdaki kadınlara ulaşmak konusunda önemli bir imkâna sahiptir. Bu sebepten bu çalışmada DİB’in Kur’an kurslarında uygulamakta olduğu İhtiyaç Odaklı Öğretim Programları esas alınmış; toplumdaki kadın algısına katkısı açısından bu programın amaçları ve içeriği incelenmiş ve programa yönelik tespit ve öneriler sunulmuştur. Programın genel amaçlarında, doğru bir kadın algısı oluşturmaya yönelik bir amaca yer verilmediği görülmüştür. Bu sebeple, programda, toplumdaki kadın algısına olumlu katkı sağlama amacına yönelik bazı özel amaçların gözetilmesi önerilmiştir. İçerik açısından programdaki itikat, ibadet, siyer, ahlak ana konuları altında yer alan her bir konu, Dinim İslam kitabı esas alınarak incelenmiştir. Kitabın konuları ele alış biçimi açısından kadın algısına doğrudan veya dolaylı olarak sağladığı katkı tespit edilmiş, bazı konularda eksik görülen hususların eklenmesi önerilmiştir. Bu öneriler arasında, programa İslam ve Kadın adlı bir ünitenin eklenmesi de vardır. Çünkü bu ünite aracılığıyla kursiyerlerin; 1. İslam dinine göre kadının konumu, hak ve sorumlulukları hakkındaki bilgileri öğrenme ihtiyaçları karşılanabilir, 2. Kadınlarla ilgili toplumda yaygın, dinen doğru olduğu sanılan yanlış bilgileri düzeltmelerine rehberlik edilebilir. Söz konusu ünitenin konu başlıkları yanında kursiyerlerin açık, kesin ve başarabilecekleri kazanımlar da önerilmiştir. Bu çalışmada yer verilen ünite önerisinin, bu alanda tartışılması, geliştirilmesi, içeriğinin genişliği göz önüne alınarak ayrı bir program olarak hazırlanmasına öncülük edebilmesi umulur. When we look at Muslim societies in the past to the present, it is quite possible to see embodiments that attach importance to woman in Islam. However, it is also possible to find antagonistic examples in that society. In order to eradicate these negative examples, it is important to identify the factors that lead to these adverse attitudes and behaviors towards woman. Societies’ culture, religious understanding, and traditions can contribute positively or negatively to the formation of perception towards woman in a society. If we were to criticise societies’ culture, religious understanding, and traditions regarding this topic, we can identify which factors cause these negative conceptions towards woman. For instance, a religious understanding formed with incorrect thinking according to the religion could be a reason for this formation of negative conception towards woman.The Presidency of Religious Affairs (PRA) is responsbile for informing the Muslims correctly about the religion and rectifying any misinformation on religion in Turkey, if the need presents itself. One of the most common activities of PRA is providing Quran learning courses. Trainees attending these courses are mostly woman. Therefore, PRA has an opportunity to reach women in the community. Accordingly, this study is based on a Needs-oriented Teaching Program implementation in PRA’s Quran courses. Firstly, it examines the purposes and content of this programs in terms of its contribution towards the perception of woman in the community. Secondly, it presents the findings and recommendations for the program.The general objective of this program is to create the correct perception of woman. Thus, it has been recommended to take into account some special objectives for contributing positively to the perception related to woman in society. The core topics of the program such as belief, worship, ethics, and siyar (the life of the Prophet Muhammed) have been examined on the basis of the book called ‘My Religion is Islam’ in terms of its content. It outlines the book’s contribution to the perception of women directly or indirectly in terms of its handling of topics and it suggests the addition of some issues that are lacking thereof. The proposal for this program includes the addition of a unit called 'Islam and Woman'. In this manner, through this program,1. Trainees’ learning needs about the woman’s status, rights and responsibilities according to Islam can be met.2. It can guide trainees to rectify the false information that is thought to be true according to the religion and commonly accepted in the society.Furthermore, it offers titles of the unit topics and clear and concise learning outcomes that trainees can achieve. The purpose of this study to able to initiate the discussion about the proposal of adding a unit and its improvement as a separate program by considering the extent of its content |
