Bu reformların Osmanlı sosyo kültürel iç bünyesine uyup uymayacağının tartışılabileceği bir ortam bulunamamıştır. Makalede, Osmanlı modernleşme sürecinde toplumun yapısı tahlil edilmeye çalışılmakta, Tanzimat ve II. Abdülhamit dönemi reform hareketleri, ortaya çıkan aydın tipinin oluşum süreci hakkında bilgi verilmektedir. | ||
