| Summary: | 19. yüzyılın başından itibaren Osmanlı İmparatorluğunun dünya siyasi ve ekonomik gelişmesine tam anlamı ile uyum sağlayamadığı bir gerçektir. Bu dönemden itibaren açığı kapatmak için Avrupa kaynaklı reformasyon hareketlerine yönelmişse de bunlar çoğunlukla dış baskıları önleme ya da içeride oluşmaya başlayan karışıklıklara karşı yönetimi merkezileştirme amacı taşımıştır. Bu reformların Osmanlı sosyo kültürel iç bünyesine uyup uymayacağının tartışılabileceği bir ortam bulunamamıştır. Makalede, Osmanlı modernleşme sürecinde toplumun yapısı tahlil edilmeye çalışılmakta, Tanzimat ve II. Abdülhamit dönemi reform hareketleri, ortaya çıkan aydın tipinin oluşum süreci hakkında bilgi verilmektedir. It is a fact that since the beginning of the 19th century the Ottoman Empire has not fully adapted to the world's political and economic development.From this period onward, they have turned to European-driven reform movements in order to close the gap, but they have often aimed at centralizing the administration against external pressures or confusion that is beginning to develop inside. There was no environment in which these reforms could be discussed whether it would fit into the Ottoman socio-cultural interior. In this article, the structure of the society is tried to be analyzed in the process of Ottoman modernization and the information about the reform movements of the period of Tanzimat , II. Abdülhamit and the formation process of the emerging intellectual type are given |
