Description
Summary:The posthuman paradigm shift implies that there is no longer a good reason for rejecting religions, especially those that emphasise love of neighbour. This does not mean either that any kind of religiosity must be plausible. The posthuman ontological weakening process leads to perspectivism, and an openness to the others, which means that any religion which demands violating or doing harm to others can no longer be regarded as plausible. This raises an enormous number of additional challenges. This paper critically deals with the possibility of religious leisure after the posthuman paradigm shift.
