Description
Summary:Presently one has to take into account three connected phenomena, which condition every one of our choices, every ethical evaluation, and social program: 1) technological reproduction, which is liable to become self-reproduction: increasingly human and social properties are being shifted to the technological command, e.g. thought to informational processes, and even physiology to bio-techniques; 2) mass society, where man is simply deemed an undifferentiated individual within a standardized model; and 3) justice, where we are only familiar with the experience of injustice, and every one of its elaborations is only ideological. We need to uncover the concreteness in law. One needs to distinguish between the moral aspect and the political and juridical ones, However, and one must abandon abstract or merely ideal principles, in order to repossess the long forgotten teachings of Romanius, which does not depend on justice, but produces it.
