| Summary: | The conference showed that bioethics currently represents such a vast field that it no longer has any temporal, spatial or material boundaries. It gives rise to different approaches, either global or sectoral, none of which is sufficient to resolve the problems raised as these remain highly sensitive both from a political and a legal standpoint. The issue is now a matter for the national legislator. Le colloque a montré que la bioéthique occupe aujourd'hui un champ si vaste qu'elle n'a plus de frontière temporelle, spatiale et matérielle. Elle suscite des approches différentes, globale ou sectorielle, dont aucune n'est suffisante pour répondre aux problèmes posés. Car ceux-ci restent très sensibles politiquement et juridiquement. Dès lors, c'est au législateur national qu'il revient de les trancher. |
