Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:Luke 2:52 is used to support the acceptance of integration of social sciences into Christian education; however, Luke 2:52 is taken out of context to defend developmental goals. Topics include the sufficiency of Scripture, comparison of humanistic philosophy to biblical theology, an overview of Christian education's acceptance of developmental theories, and an examination of the authorial meaning of the text. Conclusions consist of an exhortation for Christian education professors to be diligent in exploring theories founded by secularists.
