| Summary: | Anhand des Würzburger Forschungsprojekts "Religious Communication through Technology: Effectiveness, Design, Provocation" zum Segensroboter "BlessU-2" wird illustriert, welche theologischen und religiösen Fragen verhandelt werden, wenn Menschen mit einem Roboter in Beziehung treten und dieses Erlebnis deuten bzw. reflektieren, welche Forschungsimpulse für die Praktische Theologie damit verbunden sind und welches Potential die Entwicklung von (Roboter-)Prototypen zur Erforschung technologiebezogener sowie medienvermittelter sozialer Praktiken birgt Referring to the Würzburg research project named "Religious Communication through Technology: Effectiveness, Design, Provocation" on the blessing robot "BlessU-2", the article discusses theological and religious questions that arise when humans relate to a robot and reflect on the encounter. New research impulses for practical theology are outlined around the potential of (robot) prototypes to study the impact of technology and media on social practices. |
