Description
Summary:The phenomenon of the awakening of Islam has extensive reciprocal influence, the impact of which is also found in Indonesia. The author thinks that the Al-Ikhwan movement of Egypt and the Islamic revolution in Iran would have an influence in Indonesia if the objective situation were indeed open to receive it. In general, the Islamic community of Indonesia is not easily influenced by perceptions of Islam from outside, unless a critical situation develops in Islam to provide a vehicle for a revolutionary ideology.
