Description
Summary:The universality of transcendence can be shown in three fundamental dimensions: The ontological and cosmological transcendence, the existence of human beings, the existence of language. Only together do these dimensions constitute the conditions of possibility of human life and its sense. Religious traditions can be understood as cultural forms of reflection on the dimensions of transcendence. Philosophy of religion can be developed as critical hermeneutics of transcendence.
