Scholars outside of sinology are beginning to study Chinese religion, from various disciplinary perspectives. The importance of religion for Chinese society has also been recognized in recent years. In this context, focusing on the relations between religion and society, this article attempts to offer a brief summary of French studies on Chinese religion. |
