| Résumé: | At your No. p-8/13/6, we are reporting that your application, on behalf of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, is considered by experts-religious scholars at the Department of Religious Studies of the G.S. Skovoroda International Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Study copies of documents attached to the application in the context of the requirements of Article 17, "Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities ..." of the Council of Europe (1995), Article 32.4, "Document of the Copenhagen Meeting on the Human Dimension of the CSCE" (1990), articles Article 24 of the Law of Ukraine "On Freedom of Conscience and Religious Organizations" regulating the right of religious organizations to international relations and contacts allows us to conclude that the actions of the Consulate of Ukraine in Delhi made it impossible for the religious organization "International Society of Krishna Consciousness" to exercise its right to the establishment and maintenance of international relations, including the invitation of foreign preachers, representatives of foreign religious centers and organizations. На Ваш № п-8/13/6 повідомляємо, що Ваша заява за дорученням Національної Академії наук України розглянута експертами-релігієзнавцями у Відділенні релігієзнавства ІФ імені Г.С.Сковороди НАН України. Вивчення копій документів, доданих до заяви в контексті вимог статті 17, «Рамкової Конвенції про захист національних меншин...» Ради Європи (1995р.), статті 32.4., «Документу Копенгагенської наради з людського виміру НБСЄ» (1990р.), статті 24, Закону України «Про свободу совісті та релігійні організації», що регулюють право релігійних організацій на міжнародні зв'язки та контакти, дозволяє зробити висновок, що дії Консульства України в Делі унеможливили реалізацію релігійною організацією «Міжнародне товариство свідомості Крішни» свого права на встановлення і підтримання міжнародних зв'язків, включаючи запрошення зарубіжних проповідників, представників зарубіжних релігійних центрів і організацій. |
