Regardless of difficulties in the foreign land, youth often glorify their experiences and inspire many others aspirants. In this context, this study explores experiences of foreign migrant workers and their perception about abroad work. Case studies were conducted amongst new aspirants and returnees who want to repeat foreign employment.
