Description
Résumé:Seminary personnel have a central role to play in the education and formation of future priests. They are not only professional teachers in the seminary but are also expected to be living examples with all the limitations. This implies that qualities and qualifications of seminary professors are different from those in other educational institutions. This article is an abstract from a sociological survey on seminarians conducted in the major seminaries of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu. The article deals with only that part of the survey which looks into the personnel relationships in the seminary.
