Active Newman Club members had more previous Catholic schooling; they lived up more to Catholic expectations in all respect but where significantly different from their counterpart only with regard to reasons for studying at a non-Catholic college, additional devotions, and positive changed in religious interests. On the whole, the study allows to discern a tendency toward adaptation to general American middle-class patterns. | ||
