| Résumé: | A first interest of this document lies in the status quaestionis with which it has attempted to determine the object, method and purpose of a theology of religions. As a Christian theology, it will have to Christianity's claim to truth and universality. Are the other religions to be understood as waiting stones, or as already capable of providing an authentic mediation providing salvation? The problem becomes manifestly Christological, but also refers to the mystery of God himself, and ultimately to the status of truth. Various positions are examined, from an exclusivist ecclesiocentrism to an anthropocentrism that is forgetful of any divine dimension. Un premier intérêt de ce document tient dans le status quaestionis dont il a fait la tentative pour déterminer l'objet, la méthode et la finalité d'une théologie des religions. En tant que théologie chrétienne, elle devra s'expliquer sur la prétention à la vérité et à l'universalité que le christianisme revendique. Les autres religions seront-elles comprises dès lors comme autant de pierres d'attente, ou comme susceptibles d'assurer déjà une authentique médiation de salut? Le problème devient manifestement christologique, mais renvoie au mystère de Dieu lui-même, et à la fin au statut de la vérité. Diverses positions sont examinées depuis celle de l'ecclésiocentrisme exclusiviste jusqu'à un anthropocentrisme oublieux de toute dimension divine. |
