Description
Résumé:Scientific and technological progress in the biomedical field always raises biological and juridical questions that have weighty implications on the «female question», also in reference to the end of human life. This article proposes to critically outline the main directions of the current debate focusing on the «bioethics of freedom of women» and the «bioethics of care», with specific reference to questions concerning end-of-life issues. Rethinking freedom and care within the sphere of justice becomes an apparent necessity as an indispensable criterion of biological-juridical theory and practice with the scope of defending the human dignity to die.
