Description
Résumé:There is substantial literature on the relationship of religiosity with constructive and destructive behaviors, and it is about time to consolidate the knowledge through a systematic review and meta-analysis among organizational members. For this, meta-analysis studies published between 2000 and 2018 were included with a total sample of 3714. Results show a weak and significant association between religiosity and employee’ behavioral outcomes (ř = 0.07). Moreover, a relatively stronger relationship is reported with employees’ constructive behavioral outcome (ř = 0.12). In contrast, a negative and insignificant relationship is reported with employees’ destructive behavioral outcome (ř = − 0.03, LL = − 0.08 and UL = 0.02). Study limitation and direction for future research has been presented for this investigation.
