| Zusammenfassung: | O presente texto aproxima a proposta de educação inclusiva aos direitos humanos, perguntando pela educação como um direito fundamental de todas as pessoas. Para tanto, parte da pergunta pelos que tem a preferência no sistema educacional, desenvolvendo os seguintes temas: os históricos privilégios do Estado a determinados sujeitos no ingresso ao sistema educacional, as declarações formais dos direitos humanos, as políticas inclusivas e a discriminação positiva. Sinaliza, por fim, a contribuição do paradigma da inclusão à reflexão sobre os direitos humanos nesta contemporaneidade. This paper approaches the proposal of inclusive education to the issue of human rights, and investigates education as a fundamental right of all people. To this end, it focuses initially on those who have a preference in the educational system, and develops the following topics: privileged access to the education system given by the State in history to a certain group of social subjects, formal declarations of human rights, inclusive policies and positive discrimination. The text signals, finally, the contribution of the paradigm of inclusion to the reflection on human rights in contemporary times. Especially, it points out that the social model of disability refers to the fact that the social environment can incapacitate people and calls us to res-ponsibility - to protect, in general, human rights and, in particular, the fundamental right for education! |
