Il n'est pas facile d'imaginer, dans la perspective d'un « droit-fiction », ce que deviendront les droits de l'homme dans une société post-humaniste qui ressemblerait à une société de castes et serait ainsi la négation même des droits de l'homme. Si le droit tel que nous le connaissons existe encore, il changera sans doute à la fois le sujet des droits et la conception juridique de l'humanité. Mais cela donnera aussi naissance à de nouveaux droits pour les « post-humains » et pour ceux qui n'auront pas accepté cette programmation. | ||

It is not easy to imagine, from a "law-fiction" perspective, what will become human rights in a post-humanist society that would resemble a caste society and, thus, be the very negation human rights. If the law as we know it still exists, it will undoubtedly change both the subject of human rights and the legal conception of humanity. But this will also give rise to new rights for "post-humans" and for those who have not accepted this programming. | ||
