La deuxieme section aborde certains aspects des problemes de developpement economique et social que le Maroc doit affronter: une explosion demographie continue, des problemes nutritionnels, l'exode rural vers les grands villes et le probleme de la condition de la femme au Maroc. Face a toutes ces pressions sociales et economiques, l'action des pouvoirs publics est impliquee et des exposes sont consacres a l'etude des moyens d'encadrement et de planification du developpement qui sont mis en place dans les secteurs administratif, agricole, et urbain. La troisieme section se rapporte aux menaces sur les equilibres ecologiques induite par l'interference humaine. La quatrieme section aborde le theme du patrimoine culturel marocain relative a l'identite, a la socialisation, a l'expression religieuse. Enfin, la derniere section traite de quelques aspects anciens ou presents des relations maroco-allemandes (la langue allemande au Maroc, les migrations des travailleurs marocaines en R.F.A., quelques aspects historiques des rapports maroco-allemands).
