678 |b Received his B.A. and M.A. degrees in Archaeology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and is currently a PhD candidate in the Department of Archaeology at the University of Haifa. His dissertation is on Southern-Phoenicia in the Persian Period, focusing on demographic and economic aspects of the re-settlement of the region after the "Babylonian Gap". His research interests include settlement patterns, urban planning, and trade networks. He has excavated several sites in Israel, and since 2000 is a staff member at the Tel Dor Excavation Project (2014)
